Technology innovation has been estimated to be growing at 35% annually – translation – keep-up with the technology innovation or within three years your technical skills will be entirely outdated.
Clearly this is an exaggeration; you will not lose your experience in deploying, managing or maintaining complex technology systems in that time. With each Brodia Group engagement will require a training aspect. First we train to make sure that the partner organization acquires the necessary skills to manage and maintain the solution going forward. The objective of the Brodia Group is to plan, develop, deploy and hand-off the complete solution – training is the final step in that process.
Secondly we must to make sure that the technology is deployed to the end-users properly. Transition from an existing technology is critical to a successful deployment – most end-users will take a period of time to adjust to the new solution. However, our goal is to make sure they quickly recognize the value and benefit of the new solution – clearly superior to the “old way” of doing things. |
